2.1.3.1. Installing and launching the Agent

① On the Android device, launch "Google Play Store", search by "Remoteview" and install the "RemoteView - Agent" app.

The Agent app is available for download in the Play Store in Korea, Japan and USA".

② Open the downloaded "RemoteView Agent" app.

[Note]

"RemoteView Tutorial" will be shown on the first launch.

To view this again, go to "[Settings > General > Tutorial]".

2.1.4.2. Configuring the Agent

① Press the Menu button () on the right-top corner. Select the product "Enterprise" or “Server .

"Server's address" must be provided when "Server" product" is selected.

② If "Proxy server" is used to connect to the internet, then information such as "Address", "Port", "ID" and "Password" must be filled in.

[Note]

Contact your "Network administrator" for proxy server information.

③ Enter the information registered in the Web console (http:/www.rview.com/).

[Note]

Depending on the device manufacturer, user must agree to the Privacy Policy.

Ex. Samsung Galaxy 6, 6 Edge

[Note]

For Enterprise version, enter the “Company ID” and “User ID/PW” to login.

For Standard version, enter the “User ID/PW” to login.

[Warning]

Connection might not be available for unstable Wi-Fi or 3G/LTE network. Also, data charges may incur depending on the carrier plan when using 3G/LTE network.

④ Enter the device name, group, access ID and password and press Register to complete.
