2.2.2. Removing Agent in Linux

[Note]

There are 2 ways to remove an Agent in Linux. During the uninstall, access credentials will be requested to be entered.

① From Linux terminal using commands.

② From RemoteView console.


[From Linux terminal using commands]

  • Login as root and enter the following commands to uninstall the Agent.

    [root@localhost Desktop]# cd /opt/RemoteViewAgent
[root@localhost Desktop]# ./uninstall


[From RemoteView console]

  • Select the device to be removed from “Remote PC” tab. If the device is offline, then it will be only removed from the list.
