6.4.9.1. System Information
View general system information about the connected Android device.
Click on memo (
) to export the information to notepad or press the refresh (
) to update the information. Move the mouse over on the information for more details (if available).

| Wi-Fi Signal Strength | Shows the current Wi-Fi signal strength shown as percentage |

| Serial Number | Shows the serial number of the device |
| Build No. | Shows the build number of the device |
| MSISDN | Shows the MSISDN stored in the SIM card |

| Wi-Fi | Shows the current Wi-Fi connection and configuration |
| Screen Resolution | Shows the screen resolution of the device |
| Bluetooth | Current status of bluetooth connection |
| Language | Current selection of the display language |
| Account | Shows the list of all email accounts registered on the phone |
| Background data | Current status of background data settings |
| Auto-sync | Current status of auto-sync configuration |
| Silent Mode | Current status of silent mode configuration |
| Password | Current status of password display configuration |
| Roaming | Current status of roaming configuration |
| Ringtone | Shows the default ringtone set on the phone |
| Speaker | Shows the current volume set |
| App version | shows the version of RemoteView's app version |
6.4.9.2. Process Info
This section shows the current usage of memory, disk and CPU. Also, it lists all the processes running in the device.

| Process | Displays the name of the currently running processes. |
| CPU | Displays the CPU usage of the process. |
| Memory | Displays the memory usage of the process. |
| End | Ends the selected process and unload from the memory. |
6.4.9.3. App Info
This section shows the list of currently installed apps separated into Preloaded (factory installed) and Downloaded (user installed).
Click on memo () to export the information to notepad or press the refresh () to update the information. Move the mouse over on the information for more details (if available).

| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Program | Displays the name of the currently installed apps. |
| Version | Displays the version of the app. |
| Status | Shows ON/OFF depending the running status of the app. |
| Delete | Deletes the app from the phone (downloaded or updates). |
* App detail
Press the button to show additional information about the app.
* Launching app
Double click on the app to launch it on the device.
* Deleting app
Select the app to be deleted and press the 'X' to remove it. On preloaded apps, only updates can be deleted. A confirmation window will pop up on the phone for user approval.
