2.2.3. Removing Agent on a Mac

[Note]

There are two ways to remove RemoteView agent on a Mac. Enter the access information to complete the uninstall.

① Remove from Application.

② Remove from RemoteView console.

[Removing from Application]

• Go to Menu bar > Application > RSupport > run RemoteView>RemoteView Uninstaller > enter Web login information.

[Removing from RemoteView console]

• Go to “My Computers” > select the device > Choose Delete (only icon will be removed if the PC is offline).
