In order to remotely connect and control a PC, it requires to be added to the My computer list by installing the Agent program.

Adding a PC

① Toolbar > Press Add PC

② Contents area > right click > select Add PC

③ Left click on the icon > More Actions > select Add PC

① Click on [Add PC] icon ().

② Follow the on screen instruction to install the Agent program. For more information, refer to “2.1. Installing the Agent”.

③ Agent program is now installed and PC is added to the list. Refresh the browser to update the information.
