2.3.9. MAC address restriction

Whitelist MAC address of the PCs to allow connection to the local PC where the agent program is installed.

① Right click on the RemoteView icon from the system tray and select [Settings].

② Select [Security] > [MAC Address Restriction] > check the box "Enable", enter the MAC address and press the [Add] button to add to the whitelist.

[Note]

Users can add multiple MAC addresses.

③ To delete an address, select the address to be removed and press [Remove] button on the right.
