6.4.6. Status bar

Shows various information regarding the current connection.

① Device name

Shows the remote device's name.

② Data usage info

Shows the amount of data sent and received from and to the remote device in real-time.

③ Connection type

Shows the type of network connection between the local PC and remote PC.

Type of network connection

* P2P

This connection is available when both local and remote PC are located in the same network. It has the advantage of being faster than a gateway connection.

* Gateway

This connection is available when local and remote PC are physically separated and connected to a different network. It has the advantage of being able to get connected from anywhere.

④ Resolution

Shows the screen resolution of the remote PC.

⑤ Color

Shows the screen color of the remote connection (color on the remote PC is not changed).

⑥ Ratio

Shows the ratio of the remote PC's screen on the Viewer.

⑦ Duration

Shows the total time of connection with the remote PC.
