6.1. Controlling remotely

There are multiple ways to start controlling a device. First, the device to be connected must be online (use WOL vPro to power on if available) and user must login/connect to the device.

① From [Remote PC] tab, double click the device to connect to.

① From [Remote PC] tab, double click on the remote device.

② From [Remote PC] tab, click on remote connect icon on the "toolbar".

③ From [Remote PC] tab, right click on the remote device and select Remote Control.

④ From [Remote PC] tab, select the remote device, drop down "More actions" and select "Remote Control".

⑤ From [LiveView] tab, double click on the remote device.

⑥ From [LiveView] tab, right click on the remote device and select Remote Control.

Access authentication will be required if this option is enabled in Preferences > Company Settings. Available options are Access ID/PW, Google OTP or Windows Logon.
