6.4.2. Control

Click on the mouse icon on the Viewer's menu (Control) to start controlling the remote device with local keyboard and mouse.

* Mobile control

Start controlling the mobile device. It is not selected by default and requires to be selected to enable the control. To end the control, select the same option again.

* Laser pointer (arrow)

Display a laser pointer (arrow) on the screen instead actually controlling it to direct the customer.
